Through the integrated process of "oblique rolling perforation billet+hot rolling finishing", three core process breakthroughs are achieved to ensure the performance of the tube from the source: 1. Integrated perforation molding Using a CNC oblique rolling perforating machine, titanium alloy billets are rolled into hollow tube billets in one go to avoid welding defects. The overall density of the pipeline is ≥ 99.9%, and it can withstand the combined impact of 150MPa high pressure and 500 ℃ high temperature. It has no leakage or cracking under extreme working conditions in deep oil wells. 2. High precision rolling control After multiple passes of precision rolling, the outer diameter tolerance of the pipe blank is ≤± 0.1mm, the wall thickness uniformity error is ≤ 0.05mm, and the inner wall roughness Ra is ≤ 0.6 μ m. This not only ensures the smooth transmission of drilling fluid for oil drill pipes, but also meets the high-pressure sealing requirements of hydraulic pipelines for weapons and equipment, with a size qualification rate of 99.8%. 3. Stress relief treatment After rolling, annealing process is implemented to eliminate residual stress inside the pipe and avoid deformation of the pipeline under high temperature and pressure.
