Corrosion resistance under all working conditions

The dense oxide film (TiO ɑ) on the surface of pure titanium can resist the corrosive media such as organic acid, alkali solution, salt spray and seawater. The corrosion rate of TA2 in 5% hydrochloric acid solution is ≤ 0.0001mm/year, and it can work stably in 30% sulfuric acid. The service life of TA2 is 8-10 times longer than that of 316L stainless steel valve core.

Precision seal stability

Ta1/ta2 has excellent ductility. After five axis fine grinding, the roundness error is ≤ 0.003mm, the fitting clearance is ≤ 0.01mm, the leakage under 100MPa pressure is ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻ PA · m ³/s, and the sealing life is 50% higher than that of the ceramic valve core.
