Titanium heat exchanger is an efficient and corrosion-resistant heat exchange equipment with titanium and titanium alloy as the main heat transfer element (heat exchange tube) and/or shell material. Its core value lies in its ability to achieve long-term, stable and reliable heat transfer in extremely corrosive media. It is an excellent solution for harsh working conditions such as chemical industry, ocean and electric power. Core features: Unparalleled corrosion resistance: it has extraordinary resistance to seawater, chloride ions, oxidizing acids (nitric acid, chromic acid), wet chlorine and a variety of organic media, and completely solves the problems of pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and electrochemical corrosion of stainless steel and copper alloy heat exchangers. The heat transfer efficiency is durable and stable: the smooth and dense oxide film on the titanium surface is not easy to scale, can maintain high heat transfer coefficient for a long time, and the tube wall can be designed to be thinner to reduce the thermal resistance. Light weight, long service life: under the same strength, titanium equipment is lighter, and the corrosion rate in the applicable medium is very low, the design life is usually more than 20 years, and the cost of the whole life cycle is low. Main structure type: Shell and tube heat exchanger: a common type. The titanium tube bundle is connected with the tube sheet and placed in a steel or titanium shell. According to the structure, it can be divided into fixed tube sheet type, floating head type and U-shaped tube type. Plate heat exchanger: it is assembled by a series of corrugated titanium plates, with high heat transfer efficiency, compact and light weight. Coil type (immersion) heat exchanger: immerse the titanium coil into the container for heat exchange. Air cooler (air cooler): titanium tubes are used as finned tubes for cooling corrosive gases.
