1. introduction: 17-4PH is a new type of martensitic stainless steel. The performance of 17-4PH is easy to adjust the intensity level, can be adjusted by changing the heat treatment process. The martensitic transformation and aging precipitate hardening phase is the main strengthening method, 17-4PH attenuation performance, corrosion fatigue and anti water performance.

(2) the yield strength of sigma 0.2 (MPa):480 ageing, aged 1180; 550 ageing, aged 1000; 580 ageing, aged 865; 620 ageing, aged 725.
(3) 5 elongation (%):480 ageing, aged 10; 550 ageing, aged 12; 580 ageing, aged 13; 620 ageing, aged 16
(4) section shrinkage (%:480) psi = 40; 550 ageing, ageing, aged 45; 580 ageing, aged 45; 620 ageing, aged 50.
(5): solution, the hardness is less than or equal to 363HB and less than 38HRC; 480 ageing, more than 375HB and not less than 40HRC; 550 ageing, more than 331HB and not less than 35HRC; 580 ageing, more than 302HB and not less than 31HRC; 620 ageing, more than 277HB and more than 28HRC.
