1. Product introduction
Our company produces titanium tube billets and finished products. It is divided into pure titanium tube and alloy tube according to the material. According to the processing technology, it is divided into seamless tube and welded pipe. The tube is a hot extruded tube, which is used as a raw material for the production of finished products, and can also be used to produce a tube target (pure titanium) for vacuum coating. Pure titanium tubes can be used to produce titanium coil, such as heat exchange, heating pipe, condensing tube and tube on heat exchanger. The most commonly used alloy pipe is TC4 tube, which has higher strength and corrosion resistance than pure titanium. It is also applied to the field of oil field and ship, and is also used to produce various machined parts. When a higher strength alloy is needed, TC11 can be replaced by TC4. TA18 (3Al-2.5V) (good corrosion resistance and high strength) is often used to process titanium alloy bicycle frame, and welded pipe is generally used for power plant water treatment plant and seawater desalination system.

2. Product specification
Tube blank: 89*6mm, 70*7mm, 45*3mm.
Finished product pipe: (70-89) *6mm, (40-70) *7mm, (20-45) *3mm.
These are commonly used specifications, and the specific specifications can also be made according to the requirements of the customers.
