In the later months of 2018, several domestic medical device manufacturers visited our factory for guidance. 1. Production workshop, grinding machine operation area:

The following picture shows the Taiwan high-precision grinding machine H8-H9.







2、 Inspection area

The inspector is using a "turbine flaw detector" to perform surface crack and defect detection on medical TC4 titanium rods.




In the ultrasonic testing area below, the inspector is using an "ultrasonic testing instrument" to conduct internal crack detection on TC4 titanium rods and pipes.




3、 Finished product area

The inspector conducts warehouse inspection on the finely ground TC4 titanium rod.



The finished product area has sufficient inventory, and these are packaged goods that are about to be shipped.
